Hardly. Poor poor Yogi. There are many places far far worse than Cuba. I hope you are working more than your mouth in an effort ot improve conditions. If Juan wants to go back to Cuba he must be allowed to go- and you can't sever parental rights because people choose to live in communist countries. That is EXACTLY what the German government did to an American dad- Joseph Cooke- they severed his rights because Germans don't think much of America as a place to grow up. If you want that kind of wild west willy nilly system in the burgeoning world of international child custody cases I think YOU are short sighted and emotional. This is not "simple" stuff unless you have a simple mind.
