It would be nice if Intel quantified this issue. Say it will be 2 to 4 cents a share (or whatever). That leaves a lot of room for error (100%) but clears up the uncertainty that drives investors crazy.

Uh, When I said, "the other day" I meant maybe a year and a half ago. Is this what you meant, when you said my timing was off? Too much literary license?

But as far as cash flow, (and I really don't know) 1MM motherboards at $100 a pop is roughly $100MM. At the present rate of income generation, intc NETS about $28MM a day, seven days a week.

My only point was that the sale of the MU stock may only reflect that there is no longer a strategic reason to hold it.
