One more CNBC gripe! What will they "name" today's decline??? It's disgusting they have to try to come up with names for each severely down day like naming storms or something. Reminds me of tabloid mentality....okay, I feel better now.....tuna

Tuna, just offering my opinion here in this difficult market. If you're going to go long...check the market sectors the night before. I'm trying to get into the habit of naming some sectors and stocks that seem to be doing well.

It doesn't have to be me, anyone can do it but the 4 mentioned above are doing okay. BBBY doing very well. Frankly I'm not advising long positions right now but if you must go long, check sector strength.

The semis (!SOX, with LSI as a component) are in a much needed correction after an incredible run.

Best of luck.
