The key words here are "complex data", not small simplified www pages, horoscopes (very popular in Japan) short e-mail etc. Where are you going to fit complex data on screens small enough for compact cell phones? How are you going to type in complex requests without a keyboard? I'm confident these problems will be solved eventually, but not in the next 18 months. By hand held wireless perhaps I should have said something small enough to fit in a pocket. A laptop isn't really hand held- as the name implies it's lap held. Despite usually being an early adaptor, I resisted getting a cell phone until it would fit in a pocket. Otherwise I would probably have lost it in the first week. <<gg>>
