Hard to believe that I put a limit order (buy) at 15 1/2 and was filled.

Is this market that crazy? This is like turning down free money considering the scenerios that
I have read about chip shortages later this year.

Peter,

The UMC dividend is a 20% stock dividend. ALSC receives 20% more shares so the market price of UMC is adjusted downward.

I also note that UMC is at $88 vs 106 previous.

I take it that the div will be paid in cash and the price of UMC is now adjusted for that. ??
The net ALSC improvement appears to be a small positive.
Am I correct?

The div is paid in stock. the price was adjusted 20% down to 87, and UMC closed up one to 88 or $11m more to alsc
