Ouch. My sympathies, Fred. If there's one thing to be thankful for, just be glad it was Katie Couric being photographed. If it was Willard Scott, my colon would shrink up and die (Oh the horror!)

For the record ... had that disgusting test yesterday. It is a breeze - don't feel a thing. Truly. The horrible part is the stuff you have to drink. Had a problem with that ... ick!! Everyone should have it at some point - but boy did I have a bad reaction to the anaethesia. That made me sick as a dog. Have had a lot of stomach problems lately .. probably allergic to the market!!
