wondersnob.com hasn't been the only one however. the insider selling has been pronounced throughout the tech arena. it almost makes no difference which tech stock you look at, the selling by insiders has been at a record pace during the first quarter. now that the next wave of lock-ups is expiring, it should once again pick up considerably. and it doesn't really matter actually who is selling. the point is that liquidity is drawn out of the market that way.

as for the Berkeley dude, i didn't see him, don't know him, and have therefore no opinion. but i do know that CNBS is basically a propaganda mouthpiece for Wall Street, and thus tend to take information emanating from there with a grain of salt.
