And it looks like it will be going up from here today from what I interpret on Level II.

IM: P means purchase. And this is doubly verified by the additional column wherein is stated 'A', or acquired.

And I also like the fact that this, 1000 shares excepting, appears to be a direct purchase. Also on the open market. I don't think much negative can be discerned in this action, eh?

The timing of the purchasing is interesting. If memory serves this was just about the time the NAZ was first visiting the very level it's at now. Hmmmm....could it be Mr. Berg considers VLNC a good buy at $15 or so? ;-)

Bottom line? Longer term VLNC should do well. Shorter term...well....others have stated it clearly. Current market-wide difficulties are going to make it hard for ANY equity to do well. So we're just gonna have to get by the next month or so.
