By after, do you mean the same day, the subsequent days, or some other time period? The CPI comes out that morning as well. I'm looking for a tradeable rally post-Fed in the late May till mid-to-late June. It's still up in the air as to whether the market will (a) retest the April low, (b) shakeout to a level below those lows such as 2900-3000, or (c) start a new downleg comparable but not necessarily equivalent in distance to the downleg to the April low. If the Nasdaq were to trade at past levels comparable to the current level of the Dow, it would be over 1000 points lower to just be at the high end of the norm.

The Fed next meets at the end of June.
