The strange thing was, I had to place my limits above the Ask prices on all the orders (except May 90s) to get them filled. Even with my limits above the Ask, my orders stayed open for a long time.

There has been a big spread between the bid/ask prices on shares....is there any relation?

Good call! I am generally only 20% cash max. Wish I had the discipline to sell more and more often.

I spent my spare cash yesterday and had to sell AMD stock today to buy more calls.
