YZ, exactly. that was the last time their cash levels have been at a comparably low level. only last week they were even lower than back then.

that was dated June 3rd...seems to me they ramped the NAZ up 16% from there and the SP 10%

the article you reference says "stock fund managers". i think stock funds are just that---funds that hold stocks, not cash. the cash available for new investment comes from other sources than the funds themselves.
