RFMD.. I shorted pretty quickly (down about 2 points from high).. but I didn't sell with the same broker, because I wasn't positive of the decision so I got about 1 9/16 going long instead of about 2 9/16 by hesitating. But I am also up over 2 11/16 short by not hesitating. Actually it simply means when RFMD was up over 5 I already wanted to short it because it was doing the "PROX" dance, so I shorted. But I did not turn around to sell the long position until it lost about nearly 2 points of the profit. Its like what you do with options when you are both long and short and sell the position that 'loses' and hold the winning position. You lose out if you BUY THEM AT THE SAME TIME but here you don't buy them at the same time, You do lose however by not getting the tops and/or bottoms of the trades. In the long run the trade makes up for it. Now if that makes sense you are a trader!

AMCC was a disaster.. de jour! I could only get out it was moving quickly when I decided to finally short there was no uptick so I went flat.
