Then let the Buying begin, 10,000 blocks every day regardless until the price returns to its all time high. The more the merrier, and well ahead of the Relief Rally. (Right? Buy low/sell high...who are they those other guys kidding....means buy now).

Chambers said yesterday during the CC that Cisco had many more opportunities in the market than they could currently fund.

In light of this, as a stockholder, would you rather they scale back the investment in growth, or buy back there stock.

Long term, I think it's a silly question with an obvious answer.
