Hi Kieth, trust me, I understand, I feel for the guy if he is sincere. The sad part is come the Fall, the houses will have made most of the money because individuals have a hard time looking that far out and your friend will still have a bitch because he will probably sell. When you mouth off as much as I do, one has to expect it and I WAS SINCERE when I said he could be right. I just wonder if he sold calls on all of his stock like I suggested, it would have reduced his losses by about two thirds. Oh well. V
