The dow utility average is predicting that that date is not far away. quote.yahoo.com^dju&d=b

It usually precedes interest rates by about six months & it bottomed in early December '99. Financial stocks have also bottomed. Everyone should have some. WM, for example, has a PE of 8, FNM has a PE of 15.
