Please PM Lou back and tell him if he puts me in charge of the Server Group, I can put SUNW out of business in 2 years, no problem. chic, Like I said to Lou in my PM, you got a problem with an employee, talk to the employee directly and leave me out of the loop. Frankly, he's not a bad guy but you are going to have to work....no question about that. No more of this getting trashed and dragging your "sorry ass" into the office at noon, and speaking of noon, no more nooners. You do your job and I think you and Lou will do fine....he's regular guy, just like us. BTW Lou and I have far more important stuff to talk about!! ted
