Mact - I share your views. The announcement at this time is in the nature of a letter of intent, an agreement to agree, often used when the parties are seriously negotiating, but afraid advance word may get out. In these circumstances, refraining from a preliminary announcement can clearly be worse than an announcement of this nature should some word leak out. This makes it public and avoids - hopefully - future shareholder litigation or enforcement actions. I too think of the 27 million Italian homes and businesses exposing LonWorks and ELON to half the Italian population. At the very least, this announcement puts all kinds of businesses on notice that ELON interactivity is coming. I like the half full analogy. Best, John
