According to 1 poster in thestockpit, you may never get all your money back.

This person was told that they have been accidentally adding money to peoples accounts for several months.

I guess they "accidentally" added 30K to 1 of my accounts, because it's still not back

I was fortunate to have 95% of my funds transfered out of Myfault and Herdog, I left 5% there to keep the account open in case they get things straightened out.

The morning after I did the wire transfer, my account has $1200 more than previous day's close( I don't have any open position ), I thought " where did this $1200 come from?, I checked my trade transaction, cash tranaction, nada. I made a few trades, and lots $50, that's all, and My account balance was over $6000 by yesterday's close.

This morning, my account went from $6000+ cash to -$9986. " What? " I checked my trade and cash transcation, nothing !
The goofy part is that when I click the cash transaction button, the date was showing 8/4/00 to 8/11/00.

If they can't get the date right, how can they get our accounts right? I will have to go through hell to get my $ 6000+ back to transfer it out. If they want me to pay for the $9986, then, they have to go through hell !!!
