potential licensees are any company that digitally compresses audio and video is what my
understanding of the patents are. that relates to the internet, cds, dvds, digital
camcorders, digital cameras and mp3s. i think the fact that the share price jumped so much
recently and hasnt fallen back may give an indication that cpvd has something of some
substance .if my hunches are right then this co is gonna rocket kodak already pays a royalty
to cpvd so the ground rules are in place and why bother to renew the patents if you didnt
think they where worth anything ?
im sure the company has taken legal advice before they issued notice of sending letters out
for licensing agreements .if i where the ceo i would have already contacted all the companys
i feel have taken advantage of my patents and only once they have been contacted would i
have released a pr about seeking the licensing just to show i have wind in my sails and i
wont be ignored my only reservation is hwy has this company waited so long to stand up
and be countedseems like they are sitting on a goldmine
be lucky
