On behalf of all Eastern Canadians, you must be friggin stupid. This isn't "Finders keepers losers weepers". Just because the kid was salvaged on U.S. shores doesn't Fricken mean Americans own him.

actually he didn't wash up- he was picked up at sea. Now, does the fact that his mother almost killed him mean we can take him away from his father? If this man were NOT a communist in Cuba you would want him to have his child. So that is the ONLY issue. And is it right to deprive someone of their children because they live in Cuba? I say no. Because if you do that, you are as bad as any dictator- even a Cuban one. I don't want to become my enemy in order to win.
