What must first happen though is for the Houses to lose control and I agree with your assumption but that has not occurred as of now.

This is absolutely true. The pace and unanimity of BUY recommendations continues, regardless of deteriorating fundamentals or a renewed market concern over valuations.

Just yesterday, as I was standing on the porch stairs, pointing out the footprints of the beast named "Inflation", somebody called out to me - "When was the last time anybody issued a SELL on anything?"

The decision before the thinking investor then is this;
Do I continue to stay supported by the apparent unity of the houses, or do I go my own way?
