H James: This thread might well die. It long ago ceased to be about AMZN - but that was never a problem for most of us. I detest the gatekeeping role that William has assigned to himself and his secret goon squad. I suspect there are many on this thread who will go merrily along with William -- it is a free country (except of course if you rub William the wrong way). I will not go along. What was just done goes against everything I believe is good about this medium. I travel extensively -- William would be very comfortable in the many countries in the world where dissidents "dissappear" in the night because they spoke their minds.
