I have the feeling that RCN really isn't agressively pursuing getting customers on net. It seams like they are single minded in getting their network built. How many more cities did they add this year to their build out - 50? Maybe they are building the net to sell or maybe they need to restructure so more emphasis is put on getting customers. I don't think rcn has that type of management on board yet.
