Thanks for nothing, Mr. Diva Shill.

Whatever your agenda, I find it interesting that you come onto the CCUR board on SI only at times of weakness in the stock, when people are likely nervous about CCUR. You post numerous extremely negative and pejorative bits of "info." Interestingly, at these times you post multiple times per day for a few days. Then nothing for months. I notice you didn't utter a peep after (1) TWX formalized their relationship with us, (2) Cox chose us (and only us), (3)Comcast chose us, (4) the great earnings conference call, (5) picking up new analyst coverage, or (6) the flurry of great PR for us this past Monday.

And BTW, you have been discredited here so many times that I have lost track of the precise number. "Goodboy" in particular demonstrated to all MANY times what a liar you are. Take your snake venom elsewhere, Mr. Shill.

Given the many rumors about SEAC technology problems in Austin, maybe DIVA was rushed in as the token 2nd server provider. The TWX guy said: "DIVAs experience and expertise is a welcome addition to our multi-vendor efforts in developing this new service." Not very strong praise, given how TWX has absolutely raved about CCUR. And remember that your pet company is burning through cash at an alarming rate and is about to go bankrupt (unless they can pull off their IPO).

Oh . . . I almost forgot. Great pick on BIKR, Einstein. Yet another sign of your brilliance . . . NOT

TMRENT,

"the two companies have signed an agreement regarding the design, development, testing and integration of video-on-demand hardware and software for the Pegasus platform"

Once again you fail to emphasize that this is only the initial integration/testing phase for TWX and Diva.

CCUR was at this stage in Sept 98. (20 month lead)

Can you say something positive about CCUR?

Milt
