yep, she uses a model that incorporates various inflation gauges. it correctly predicted the '87 BK (her claim to fame). since the ECRI future inflation gauge recently hit an 11 year high, i'm not surprised. that said, i'm looking for a rally off tomorrow's gap down and probably extending into Friday. unless we get really bad PPI data, but that seems rather unlikely considering the sampling date. it should set up another shorting opportunity. but who knows, maybe the fund managers just panic again.
