House Passes Internet Tax Moratorium

(CNSNews.com)-Internet users claimed a victory Wednesday when the US House overwhelmingly passed a bill extending by five years the moratorium on internet taxes. The "Internet Non-Discrimination Act" is currently set to expire in October, 2001.
