What I read here, makes me love that POS TD Waterhouse, and
especially the President's Club.

Everyone move3 away slowly, no sudden movements, no telling how Jim might react....

You know, how these insane people are, don't you.

Don't know about the Canada question, Jim, but it seems to be an ongoing case of:

"Just when you think things can get better ( or cannot get any worse?).....they go and "accidentally" run a new accounting program, during the day last friday....totally a mess.

... Just when you need to feel you are dealing with a competent group , handling your accounts in this crazy market climate.
(Why can they never seem to do these upgrades on a weekend.< ggg>)

***but these problems of mysterious orders showing
"as/of were happening before....only takes
one of these late posted trades (sometimes 1/2 to full days after the fact) to your acct, to set you back 1000's. ...They started having this problem long before the accounting screw-ups to so many accts on friday.

I don't trade BB's often any more, but if i had
the added burden of 100share fills ,I would be
------>sooooo gone from MyTrack

**they make promises and go way over the expected dates to add the new MM, and address the problems of fills. So many are still feeling like they sing in the song:
"They Just Keep You Hanging On" , LOL!...Vanilla Fudge

Amazes me how finally I am experiencing the first consistently good performance from MyTrade, in months
because of trading volumes falling off by nearly 50%...---->averaging around 5500 executed the last week i think.
and they still find a way to totally shake your confidence
in them once again!

They just happened to inadvertantly run a new accounting
program
during trading last friday???? They really screwed up , ------->ROYALLY LOL!

I am not a grade A computer genius , but that says volumes to me about the levell of competancy of the people were dealing with.

We all are waiting with baited breath , for what comes next.

To be fair, TRAC DATA is a great data service generally, and has the promise now to return to a decntly , and very fast Trading platform, too....

------->PLEASE BARRY HERTZ, IF IT"S NOT BROKE>>>>DON"T
FIX IT !!!!!!!!LOLOLOL

really hope they work on their customer service, too. Waiting over a week , for someone to contact me as promised for a reviewed trade...no e-mail or call , yet.

I know you addressed this to Wayne and Pardon me for jumping in .. but -

I still have an account open here because I did not always have these problems at MYTRACK. These problems all started after Mr. Hertz's margin call problems - any coincidence - who knows ? whether it's lack of clout or inattention to business, the results are the same.

I don't hang around just to bitch - if I don't get results , I'm out . I didn't and I'm in the process of moving - but it takes time - especially when they are misappropriating your funds.

Addendum:

And as I stated previously-

I have initiated no new trades. The only trades I have been guilty of , are exit trades on positions that are already open. and with this market dropping every day , that's been a challenge to close longs.

but there's no going back now - I am more out than in .

BTW - don't ya'll just love these flowery little phrases they've started throwing in - " we value our customers".....LOL !

HARRRRUUUMMPH ! Too little too late !!!!

It's an excellent platform when it works. Nevertheless just about everyone I know that uses it is pulling out funds to go elsewhere.

I have an interest in all the accounts I trade but none are mine or owned by Canadians.
