Eliz- This thread is outstanding in SI as it almost never discusses stock prices and just has pure information about the company, its product, its markets and competitors etc.

Yesterday the thread talked about stock prices and the market and it didn't do much to enhance the threads outstanding reputation.

There is simply no-one on thid planet who knows where the market is going. For the last few days there have been far fewer buyers of shares that is known but thats it. What will happen today o on Friday or next week isn't known to anyone.

What we do know is

1. SNDK finished the Mar Q with 21c in earnings and that the street estimate for cal 00 is 87c/share. That number looks to me to be very conservative even if Eli hadn't made positive comments.

2. Industry analayst on CNBC the ohter day referrring to "the transition from traditional cameras to digital cameras"..ie SNDK ----> EK of the future.

3. MP3 players getting bigger by the minute and becoming the standard and all sorts of deals being done with music publishers etc.

4. By far the biggest of the lot and bigger that everything else combined.......QCOM MSM5000 chip is MMC ready. MSM5000 is out of this world and the generation after that are even better!

5. In the summer of 97 Eli came on CNBC after a nice Q anouncement. Stock ran up to about $30/$33. A few months later it was just over $5 ($2.5 post split). It is now about $120.

6. Eli has always said he was going to build a big company. SNDKs greatest growth has not even begun yet.

7. I assume that we are not witnessing the end of the stock market and it will continue past next week.

Best regards,

L

Elizabeth, I wonder if you or any threadmates could confirm, if in fact the p/e of 20 on SNDK is accurate. This is what it shows on askresearch, as well as yahoo. If this is so, than SNDK at these prices is a great long term opportunity.

TIA,
Donna
