Robert,
current capacity buys mainly have been from IC
manufacturers in the communication areas and Taiwanese
foundaries, although activities from Singapore, Malaysia,
and Japan are picking up. DRAM folks really have not been
spending aggressively yet.

With PC sales expected in increase in the second half of the
year, DRAM makers will need to spend more money on the
equipments. There definitely is a trend that demand is
rapidly catching up with the supply. In addition, as
chipmakers push for more sophisticated technology employing
finer line width, they really need to invest on the
technology as well.

I expect in the second half of the year, more aggressive
spending from Korea and US DRAM manufacturers, which
includes Hyundai, Samsung, and Micron.
