See my short response to BGR above. Buying this "dip" is putting one's head on the chopping block. At least wait until after the approaching accounting bloodbath of June has run its course.

The bulk of this retrenchment will be over by Friday mid-day.

I find it interesting that, for the longest time, the bulls insisted that you could not predict the end of the bull market. Now, I find it equally interesting to read numerous predictions of the demise of the bear market, often by the same bulls.

As for Bill F. -- the jury's still out, I'd say. People who sold their positions in 1928 were ridiculed, no doubt, for the next 10-18 months. History, however, perceives them as brilliant.
