The bulk of this retrenchment will be over by Friday mid-day. I find it interesting that, for the longest time, the bulls insisted that you could not predict the end of the bull market. Now, I find it equally interesting to read numerous predictions of the demise of the bear market, often by the same bulls. As for Bill F. -- the jury's still out, I'd say. People who sold their positions in 1928 were ridiculed, no doubt, for the next 10-18 months. History, however, perceives them as brilliant.
