Xybernaut(R) Contracts With IBM to Develop WearableComputers

FAIRFAX, Va., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Xybernaut Corporation (Nasdaq: XYBR - news), the leader in wearable
computing and communications solutions, today announced it has signed an agreement with IBM (NYSE: IBM - news) to
design, develop and manufacture the computer portion of Xybernaut's next generation of wearable computer systems.
