NETP at the H&Q conference.

The following report was submitted on Raging Bull by a poster who attended the NETP presentation at the H & Q conference. Given that MSFT was presenting at the same time the attendance of about 75 was good.

H&Q impressions.

About 75 people sat in on the 30 minute
presentation. This was simply a description
of what NETP does. Nothing earth shattering here.

Q&A after only reinforced my impression that
this is a very good company with excellent
products that allow retailers to improve sales
and profitability. Look forward to significant
future announcements. Anticipate profitability
to be brought forward based on market conditions
dictating management to do so. The only apparent
surprise to participants (they seems to perk up a
little) was the hosting being done in Dallas by
the KD1 part of the company.

JPM deal was bigger than most of us realize and
expect more to follow. The KD1 acquisition seems
to have really jump started this company.

Analyst seem to be targeting revenues of 11.5MM
this Q but I (personal opinion) will be expecting
close to 14.

Only comparisons worth a hoot were with EPNY and
BVSN. Both are so far behind NETP in technology
but so far ahead in market cap that I tend to cry.

This is a long term commitment. I hope I can play
ostrich for about 6-12 months. I know we will be
all tempted to sell way to early and regret that we
did. Lord give us all the patience (patients) to
fulfill our dreams as we are but infants not even
knowing how to walk yet.

Patience and I think we will be rewarded sometime
in this millenium.

PR is so hard to get approved by the other side of the
deal. The big ones are not as urgent as us little guys.
