Another one of those "mean old mom" stories huh? :o) The Lord is our stronghold in times of trouble and He knows those that trust in Him. He put this up over his bed and read it every night. Nahum 1:7... I too have this scripture on a wooden plaque given to me by a friend ,and it is hanging right by my monitor. Of course these scriptures part of an oracle concerning Nineveh, but check out the first part of verse 15::15 Look, there on the mountains, the feet of one who brings good news, who proclaims peace! yes.
