Prophet, You gotta be kidding if you think that the DRAM guys are going to blindly produce DDR (1) without any DDR motherboard ready to go You must have missed the my post from last night, regarding chipset, and eventually motherboard support: Message 13678403 BTW, with the commitment to RDRAM, Intel has blown it's position as a dominant chipset supplier. The tiny Via has as much to say about the choice of technology as Intel does these days. Joe PS: Via in fact bailed out Intel. Without Via, people would be forced to buy 820 + MTH + SDRAM, since there were no alternatives from Intel.
