Agreed. Among those most likely to follow elections and vote, I think the urge to clean house is overwhelming. In my county, which is demographically pretty representative, but top heavy with families, HW and Dole won by majority vote. In fact, in Maryland, the only jurisdictions that continue to be overwhelmingly Democratic are Baltimore city and county, and the two main Washington suburbs, Prince George's and Montgomery, which are top heavy with federal workers and contractors. According to a breakdown I saw, Bush has a strong lead in all regions but the East Coast, which is diluting the poll numbers. He also leads in all age categories, with varying strength, except among senior citizens. He has a commanding lead among men, and a slight lead among women. The mainstream has had enough of the Clinton/Gore administration.......
