So it was the value play in 98, not the momentum play in 97, that first brought you here? That makes sense and seems consistent with your investment style. Who could've predicted the Asian meltdown and the Metalgesselshaft liquidation in advance? Plus OPEC didn't do themselves any short-term favors in late 97. Nevertheless, in retrospect, they seem to have established a strong foundation for long-term profits. Looks like it's going to be a good couple of years ahead for the patch, especially on the natural gas side. Just wait for the impact of a few hurricanes this summer, and you'll see some real excitement. <g>
