Wow.

The ignorance (or should I say cluelessness) in your post speaks for itself.

Boy, you (still) sure like to spread a lot of manure, don't you?

Diva is in fact coming LATE to the table with TWX, and you know it. CCUR (and SEAC) inked identical agreements with Time Warner TWO YEARS AGO. Later in 1998 nCUBE announced a similar "intent to initially develop" MOU with TWX. Now, in May 1998, they finally get around to Diva as an "addition to our multi-vendor efforts." BFD.

CCUR is also ALREADY fully compliant with Pegasus, has been for a long time. I don't know about you, but I'd rather be first in the door than johnny-come-lately.

And it's a shame you don't realize the difference between initial design & development versus a commercial rollout. You call yourself an engineer? You continue to give us a bad name...

Regardless of whether they run out of cash before they get there, I'm happy for the Diva IPO because IMO it will bring additional publicity, attention and investor interest to the sector.

I'm tired of debunking your BS and have better things to do with my time. So don't mistake lack of response in the future as any sort of agreement.

PS - Once again, nice work on your big win with BIKR. Your track record remains intact.

PPS - Oceanic is now looking at 100 titles offered, at last report.
