You know another thing, Sears is beginning to kick some butt. To pick up merchandise, you take your receipt and put it in a little scanner through a small slot OUTSIDE the building. Then you go into this little waiting room and a screen above you tells the status of your pick up request. Then in 5 minutes a guy comes through the door with your boxes..."Can I help you load this, sir?"

Also they are developing a growing internet presence as is Home Depot. I think we are going to see a successful trend developing where the once discounted brick and mortar guys are going to take over the internet retail end quickly. Home Depot said as much in their annual report I received in the mail yesterday. Talk about productivity gains.

Methinks the PPI will come in less than expected tomorrow and in due time, tech will suddenly become the "how could people be dumping such quality" again.
