There's a big FA question on the Internets - what sort of Price-Sales ratio can they sustain in the future? At this price, DRTN is still running about 40x annualized sales based on the last numbers.

Unles you are a gorilla like EXDS, Web Hosting and ASP is not a high barrier to entry business. I just don't see high PS ratios being sustained going forward.

It's one of the key factors I look for in shorts right now. I generally don't short many PS plays under 10.

Interesting stuff on the long/short blends. Similar to my results.

Greetings, Rainier --

As a regular, long-time lurker, I'd like to ask your opinion on some internet-related stocks that are more infrastructure companies than anything else -- ONDS, ARTG, and MACR.

Thoughts much appreciated,

Duke
