Tim,

I'm sorry for your families loss. I recently went through a rough time with a member of my family. It's profound how quickly life is put in perspective.

Take care.

Tim...your friends are at your side in your sorrow and have tears in thier eyes also, your pain is our pain. Remember this and we will be here to help you heal. I know only too well the empty spot you have in your heart today. Here is some poetry that was sent to me that I would like to share with you today.

<<When Dawn broke, an innocent was taken away.
Even though we know he is in Heaven,
this is a sorrowful day.
The sun shining will not dry our tears.
Please know that you'll be missed
every day of our remaining years.

God says death is not final.
We shall meet again in the sky.
It's hard to take comfort in these words,
When you're asking, Why, Lord, Why?

We'll be together again;
I know it won't be long.
Shade us with your new angel wings.
Help us make it through this and be strong.

Your face is always fresh in my mind,
and love for you will beat forever in my heart.
This means you'll never be forgotten
and we are never far apart.>>

and this one.....
Do not stand at my grave and weep;
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there, I did not die.

God be with all of you and may the angels hover over you to give you the strength to know that your dads' suffering is over. He knew in his heart that it was okay to let you go on without him. He is at peace now.

Fondly
Patricia

Tim I just saw Your messages here, have not been to Your site for a few weeks. I'm really sorry to hear about Your dad, from what You told me He was a very strong man in all aspects of life. Sorry my condolences are late, I'll talk to You when You get back home. If Your Dad knew how much You do for others, I'm sure He was very proud of having a son like You . Please offer our condolences to Your Mother and family. We're going to 5:30 pm Mass tonight, I'll light a candle and say a prayer for You father.
