You have got to be kidding me! We have serious issues...I am fairly confident that YHOO does not run into these problems.

Hey ramps, you are in deep trouble now. You have intruded on shark ladies' territory. Way back when, they purchased the franchise for monitoring and disciplining this thread. I regret passing on this intelligence but fairness compels me. SI (Bob) is the fictitious name of the shark ladies' enterprise. You have been given great latitude to voice your views on various matters but the quoted message has strayed into their domain. You dared to impersonate a thread police person in deciding what is permissible discussion on this thread, thereby infringing on their exclusive authority. They have ruled with a very light hand and rarely, except for levy's monologs, imposed any sanctions for departure from rational expression of opinion. This message presumes you acted without warrant from those kind ladies who never use their pens as weapons, except when justified, as in the case of levy's indecipherable stream of consciousness postings. CharleyMane's message was not OT, irreverent, contumacious or otherwise improper. Nevertheless, I am prepared to intercede on your behalf in your defense, if their sanctions result in incarceration, and promptly seek a writ of nulum tulum.

Moreover, as of 14:09 today prospects seem so much brighter than yesterday. Please lighten up or levy will be constrained to prescribe Puna medicine and you know what that means.

Sy

"I am fairly confident that YHOO does not run into these problems."

Don't count on that. Some guy in Chile registered www.aol.cl and now aol.com is claiming it.

aol.cl is the website of Animals On Line.

buy.com has started a court case to get the name www.buy.com.au in Australia. First they take advantage of having a generic name, then they claim it is a brand.
