SSB is saying Q2 EPS is likely to be $1.17 (as compared with a loss of $1.10 in Q2 99)

My take is that SSB expects AMD to do at least $1.17 per share for Q2.

Hope other guys wont raise their EPS too much so that AMD can beat consensus handsomely.
