I live in a USW area. They have problems with timely installation. State is always on their case.

sorry for you but i like to hear that for COVD - does anyone use AtHome/Excite? - this service guy was out in my backyard and i struck up a conversation about when we may see DSL or cable modem connections - he said i have it right here in my backyard - AtHome/Excite is 40 feet away - never saw a flyer in the mail and even called to inquire and was told our neighborhood didn't have it - but how is the service before i start some fact finding????? thanks, Connor26
