Somehow I doubt that all of the arguments were summarized in that article. Every journalist includes what he/she thinks is good copy, and leaves a lot out. For instance, one judge did say that she was troubled by the prospect of returning a child to a totalitarian state, but that was not included. Gotta read EVERYTHING you can.

Well thanks aj, but i fear you misunderstand - never have i argued that Eli n should go to Cuba, what i have argued is that where Eli n goes is the decision of his father, and of his father alone. And as i've said a number of times, if i had Juan Miguel's ear i would suggest he consider moving north of the 49th parallel or south of the R¡o Bravo ... in any case some good safe distance from Miami ... and Cuba only has ninety miles of that.
