The high volume of May 3rd (>600,000) and deep drop in price to the bottom of the channel was the classic sign of capitulation, where some larger holders heading for the exit have to settle for what the bottom fishers will offer up. Great trading stock if you can avoid the gains and have low trading costs. On earnings I saw something indicating that this quarter will be close (may miss by a penny or so......), if so with a simple company like this that's no big deal......the large financial's/multinationals get killed because of high multiple and the fact WS takes it as a sign of the future (not so subtile way of saying they are running out of creative ways of feeding analyst's what they have come up with in their collective wisdom). Anyway, given ELBO gave up on Funco in early May the 3.0mil they are due will probably book in the second qtr..... The late Oct. launch does dissapoint me a bit as I would have liked to see a blowout thrid qtr, in this case it'll be interesting to see how the earnings projections playout for the 3rd and 4th qtr. From the overall long view however X-mass season should be a good for ELBO longs Best Regards, Mad2
