Boy Genius, You are then suggesting that Elian be jailed. Being followed around by some third party essentially is like being in jail.

Genius, Suppose the courts order Elian to live in the U.S., but he chooses to go to Canada for a 2 week vacation, how do you handle the situation then? Will a bodyguard accompany him on his vacation? Or, will you simply refuse him the right to leave the country?
