Yeah..it took them a couple of trips and about a month of fiddling around with boxes, etc. Every once in awhile I have to disconnect the plugs and reconnect them to get the hook up going again...not a big problem...usually when I am crashed by softie...

Have had @home for about a year at two different residences. Both installations took about a day to get up and running. Reliability is very good. Speed varies depending on how many are on your network -- so far I am very satisfied.

If you get the service, security becomes an issue -- you are on a network and you're "always on." Make sure you disable file sharing features of Windows.
