I've traded QQQ puts, common and written cc's on it. I've also had mixed results with trading the QQQ puts. It moves sooooooo slowly, seems like it takes a 100-pt downdraft to get a one point gain in an ATM put. I was thinking of simply shorting the QQQ next time, but your warning about the slow fills (I hate the AMEX) will probably put me off it.

I've sold off all my 2001 LEAPs that I don't intend to exercise, as we're in the final seven months prior to expiry, where they begin to act like short term calls. Been collecting the 2002's on BRCM (a current trading favorite too), SUNW, CSCO and QCOM. Let's hope we don't enter a prolonged bear, for sure. <G>
