Ted makes a solid point about "not shooting the messenger." I'm sure he doesn't format the guidelines for who gets interviewed and what is fair grounds to shoot at these guys.

I am in agreement with all that the so-called analysts and fund managers should get drilled if their previous picks went tits up...and by all means, they should not be handled with kid gloves. I'm sure that if the same 20-25 analysts/managers in the guest rotation decided they didn't want to come on because the anchors were playing hard ball with them, that there is a line of hundreds of other analysts/fund managers who would gladly take their place. However, I don't think (Ted, correct me if I'm wrong) that the anchors choose who gets on-air interviews...I would think that is handled by someone behind the scenes, probably the producers. So don't rough up Ted too much, it is nice to have him available as the conduit between these boards and what goes on at CNBC.
