New data makes it that there will likely be a high grade core averaging 13-18 opt silver that will be mined by open pit in the 1st two years of the project.

Given the fact that this zone is almost 8 times ritcher than the average of the deposit, these ounces will be additive to the total production levels already projected. It could well be that the total capital costs could be paid in a few months of production.

Also, this new component of the deposit could make a conventional mill a better alternative than a heap leaching operation with recovery rates in the 95%-97% range.

The size and average grade of this new zone as well as the heap leaching recovery rates will help the decision.
